Personality: Tom is a rainbow obsessed loner who is constantly muttering to himself about one thing or another
his social skills are lacking but they are there he usually avoids talking to people if he can preferring the voices in his head for company
he's nice to those he considers friend but can and will go ballistic if someone badmouths rainbows
Appearance: Tom is very pale with white hair with rainbow highlights that is very messy along with red eyes
his entire wardrobe is rainbow themed from his shoes to his hat
Powers: Tom is but a single part of a whole a member of a massive hive mind spanning across worlds as such
he may call upon his brother when in need there is a down side though
the closer the other Tom is the more sensations the Tom who called them can feel (pain for instance)
also he may teleport up to ten feet away from his current position
History:Tom woke up in this world knowing only one thing spread the glory of the rainbows to all
to that end he began attending school calling on the hive mind for knowledge on various subjects
eventually this earned him a spot at the academy
Relationships: no ties in this world as of yet
